Broadband access is critical for individuals, families and communities to thrive. It can be a great equalizer, providing an important bridge to economic and educational opportunities, social services and health care access. Unfortunately, the cost is often out of financial reach for many.

Public and affordable housing communities are often most disproportionately impacted by high costs and other barriers to low-cost internet access, and lack competitive options that can drive down prices and increase quality of services.
That’s why we created Starry Connect. We’re bringing ultra-low cost broadband access to these communities that have long been under-connected and underserved, because we believe everyone, no matter where you live, deserves access to affordable, high quality broadband.

We partner with public and affordable housing owners
We work with these partners to provide ultra-low-cost, true broadband access to their residents with no credit checks and no individual requirement to participate in other federal assistance programs.
Communities are connected at no cost to our partners
We install and wire their communities with Starry Internet at zero cost to the property owner.
Residents enjoy reliable and affordable broadband
For $15/mo residents get up to 30 Mbps speeds symmetrical. More than enough to allow multiple users to reliably work or learn from home.
